Pura Luhur Andakasa is one of Bali's largest temples. located on a hill in the traditional village of Angantelu, in the subdistrict of Manggis-near the padangbai harbour, Karangasem regency, East Bali, the temple is the shrine for Hyang Tugu of Brahma- the manifestation of God as Creator. the temple has the status of Kahyangan Jagat, or the World Temple, based on the concepts of Nawahikpalaka, Sadwinayaka and Tri Murti- The Hindu triad.
